NFL Week 9 Schedule 2026: Times, TV Channels and Byes

Updated November 1, 2026

Week 9 of the 2026 NFL season runs from Thursday, November 5, through Monday, November 9. There are 15 games, two teams on bye, a morning game in Madrid and a full Sunday afternoon split between CBS and FOX. Every kickoff time and network below comes from NFL.com's Week 9 schedule, checked on November 1. Times are listed in Eastern and Pacific. Daylight saving time ends on November 1, so Pacific is three hours behind Eastern all week.

Network assignments can change, and the league can flex Sunday night games under its flexible scheduling procedures. Check your local listings on game day.

Table of NFL Week 9 kickoff windows in Pacific time: Jaguars at Ravens Thursday 5:15 PM on Prime Video, Bengals vs. Falcons in Madrid Sunday 6:30 AM on NFL Network, seven games at 10 AM on CBS and FOX, Texans at Chargers 1:05 PM on CBS, three FOX games at 1:25 PM, Buccaneers at Bears 5:20 PM on NBC, and Bills at Vikings Monday 5:15 PM on ESPN

Thursday Night: Jaguars at Ravens

The week opens Thursday, November 5, with the Jacksonville Jaguars at the Baltimore Ravens. Kickoff is 8:15 p.m. ET (5:15 p.m. PT) on Prime Video. Thursday Night Football streams on Prime Video, so most viewers will need a Prime membership to watch.

Baltimore lost 35-13 to Cincinnati on October 25 after leading 13-0 at halftime. Our recap of the Bengals' 35 unanswered points against Baltimore covers how that game turned.

Sunday Morning in Madrid: Bengals vs. Falcons

The Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Falcons play at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid on Sunday, November 8. The Falcons are the designated home team. Kickoff is 9:30 a.m. ET, which is 6:30 a.m. PT, and the game airs on NFL Network.

That is the earliest start of the week by a wide margin. West Coast viewers who want the full game need to be up before sunrise. Atlanta beat San Francisco 29-20 at home on October 25, handing the 49ers their first loss of the season.

Our Bengals-Falcons Madrid viewing guide has kickoff in every U.S. time zone and the streaming options.

Sunday Afternoon Games

Early window: 1:00 p.m. ET (10:00 a.m. PT)

Seven games kick off at the same time. Which one you see on CBS or FOX depends on your market.

  • Denver Broncos at Carolina Panthers, CBS
  • Dallas Cowboys at Indianapolis Colts, FOX
  • New York Jets at Kansas City Chiefs, CBS
  • Detroit Lions at Miami Dolphins, CBS
  • Cleveland Browns at New Orleans Saints, CBS
  • New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles, FOX
  • Los Angeles Rams at Washington Commanders, FOX

Late window: 4:05 and 4:25 p.m. ET (1:05 and 1:25 p.m. PT)

  • Houston Texans at Los Angeles Chargers, 4:05 p.m. ET, CBS
  • Las Vegas Raiders at San Francisco 49ers, 4:25 p.m. ET, FOX
  • Green Bay Packers at New England Patriots, 4:25 p.m. ET, FOX
  • Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks, 4:25 p.m. ET, FOX

FOX has three games in the late slot and CBS has one, so most of the country will get a FOX game in that window.

Sunday and Monday Night

Sunday Night Football is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the Chicago Bears, 8:20 p.m. ET (5:20 p.m. PT) on NBC. Under the league's flex rules, a Sunday night game can be moved, so confirm that matchup later in the week.

Monday Night Football on November 9 is the Buffalo Bills at the Minnesota Vikings, 8:15 p.m. ET (5:15 p.m. PT). NFL.com lists ESPN as the network. Minnesota opened the season 6-0; our piece on the Vikings as the last unbeaten team explains how the defense got them there.

The NFL trade deadline is 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, November 10, the day after this game, so Week 9 is the last full week of games before trading closes. Our trade deadline explainer walks through what changes on that date.

Teams on Bye in Week 9

Two teams are off: the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Tennessee Titans. Neither plays between November 5 and November 9.

Byes pick up from here. According to NFL.com's 2026 bye week list, four teams are off in Week 10 (Bears, Broncos, Eagles and Buccaneers) and six are off in Week 11 (Falcons, Browns, Packers, Rams, Patriots and Seahawks). There are no byes in Week 12. For fantasy managers, that makes Week 9 a lighter roster week than the two that follow.

How to Watch Without Cable

Week 9 uses six outlets: Prime Video, NFL Network, CBS, FOX, NBC and ESPN. CBS, FOX and NBC are broadcast networks, so an antenna covers your local Sunday games and Sunday Night Football. Prime Video carries Thursday night. NFL Network and ESPN are cable channels that are also sold through live TV streaming services, and out-of-market Sunday afternoon games require NFL Sunday Ticket.

For a fuller breakdown of the streaming options and what each one costs, see our guide on watching the NFL without cable.
